Thank you for choosing a New Life Goldendoodles puppy.
Puppies will be reserved and held with an application and deposit only! You will be called by order of applications and deposits received. Deposits are $250, non-refundable and will be applied towards your purchase. Please send money orders only, made payable to Patty Gottschalk with the application below filled out. (Personal checks will not be accepted) After the puppies have been born you will be notified if there is a puppy that matches your wish list. If not you will be first in line for the next litter.
